Ella and Alex

When I came to the marriage agency, it was because I believed that I won’t find a decent man in my native Mariupol. I am not a bright and astonishing beauty, but I can call myself good-looking, I have good education, I love my work, I have a vast circle of acquaintances – gym, church, English courses. Somehow these all merits were left out of attention by the local men. Maybe it was so because they evaluated me not as a future wife and mother of their future children. 

Anyway, it took me a couple of years to meet Alex at the site. He is a Ukrainian emigrant whose parents still live in Mariupol. He lost any other contacts in the native city, and when he came he couldn’t meet the proper lady for himself. As Alex says, he wouldn’t marry any of the ladies he knows in his new place of living. He wanted his kindred soul, and he quickly found me at the marriage site. His parents were very glad when he started visiting them more often, and soon I was introduced to them. 

Now Alex and me live in Portugal together, and plan our first baby soon. We are both very thankful to the staff of the site for setting together so many seriously marriage-minded people, who can get to know each other so easily and pursue their family goals together.
