Why are all of the women in the Ladies Gallery so beautiful? They all look like models.

When a lady just comes to the agency to get registered, she learns that she needs to have professionally made pictures. The point is that the lady should be placed into the proper light, proper surrounding, she must be in proper mood, and the pictures are to be of the good quality. The lady learns that the first image the man has of her is from her pictures. And this is why they are to be really good.

So she attends a photo session, where the pictures are taken. Sometimes, she takes a week to get prepared ;) She might start dieting to lose a couple of kilos, she might make a new hairdo, dye her hair, order some nail work, buy some new clothes, etc. This is why she looks like a princess. Then the photographer does his work. And the result you can see at the site. 
Another important point is that many ladies of the younger age have attended the so-called model schools. And they can pose and walk quite professionally.
Remember, that when you come to meet your beloved, she will meet you at the airport, looking the same ;) She will take pains to look her best.

Why the quality of the pictures at the site is so different?

 Men love with their eyes, and this is why the women try to make the best pictures they can. 

There are so many factors that affect the pictures quality, and the main is their origin. 
The agencies tend not to accept the home-made everyday pictures of the girls, as usually they are of not a good quality due to lack of life, motley background, presence of her friends and family members in them, etc. When scanned, these pictures lose more on the quality and are very vague. So the girls have two options now. Some go to the professional photographers, who make them look the best way possible, or they make the pictures at the agency, where these pictures at least correspond to some of the demands. 
Professional photographers are easier found in big cities, but in smaller ones it can turn into a problem. Some ladies feel comfortable in front of the camera, and cannot feel relaxed and you again can get very official looking pictures.
This is why to make up the real image of your lady it is so important to look through her album, to watch her videos, to ask her to send you additional everyday life pictures. Of course she will choose the ones where she looks her best, but you will have a better insight into her looks anyway.

Some women ask me to send the pictures through regular mail, like they do not see the picture in my profile.

Apart from the wish to have something from your life, something that will prove you are for real, they also want to have many of the pictures to make up the real image of you. Your inner world and your seriousness, reliability, care mean more to her, yet it is very important that when you came on a visit, your lady would have a complete image of your looks beforehand. This will help to develop your relationships yet through the correspondence. 

There were cases, when men posted pictures that were made 15-20 years ago, and the ladies were deeply shocked to see the different person later in real life. It was taken by the ladies quite reasonably as the matter of dishonesty, and the relationships were ruined.
