I asked a lady to give me her phone number, but she told that it is forbidden to pass it through the letter. What should I do?

 The direct contacts exchange through the mail-forwarding is not allowed at the site. Each lady has an option in her profile, though which you can order her phone, address and e-mail if she has any. When we get this order, we inquire if the girl is willing to share this information with you. Be sure that the lady knows you and is willing to exchange with you the private contacts.

Ladies send me letters and it feels as if they are not addressed especially to me. What does it mean?

When you get the first letter from the lady, which is free for you, you should know that in many cases you will get her general presentation letter. She writes it and sends to several men she likes. This way the lady manages to attract attention of several men, and if any of them responds and tells he is single and not in correspondence, then her aim is achieved. For ladies it is like Inquiry letters for men, only these letters give more information about the person than just the profile. Thus do not be surprised to get a not very personalized letter. It is up to you to decide if you want to get the next one very personal.

Can I exchange e-mail addresses with the ladies so that to send her pictures?

Yes, to exchange your e-mail addresses you need to order the lady’s contact information, and then you will get her e-mail, if she has one, or her mobile phone numbers. This will give you the possibility to unlimited exchange of information. Or you can attach pictures to the letters, and ask your lady to do the same. Each sent/received picture will cost you 0.25 Credit.

How can I send an e-mail and where can I see the answer?

When you are browsing through the ladies profiles, you will notice that each of them has an icon of an envelope. When you highlight it, you see that it is used for writing e-mails to this very lady. The replies from the ladies will come to your inbox at the site. The first letters from the ladies are free for reading, thus you can read them all. The following letters from the ladies will cost you a Credit each. 

What if I do not reply to all the letters I get? Will the women understand that I am not interested?

You are not obliged to reply to all the messages you get. Write to those ladies you find interesting for you. The ladies understand that if there is no reply, then the man is either not interested, or busy right now, or is already in the relationship.

What if a woman I am interested in doesn’t reply to me? Do I lose a credit?

The freedom of choice is untouchable. Like you choose not every lady to correspond with, so do the ladies, especially very popular ones. Though, most letters are usually replied just for the terms of politeness. The fee for the letter remains unchanged. The less monetary risk is given by the Inquiry option. This way you can learn from several ladies if they are interested or not. If you are replying to the letter that the lady sent to you, you already have the guaranteed reply.

Can I send a photo attached with my e-mail?

You can attach the photos to the letters you send at the site through the mail-forwarding system. The cost for each photo is 0.25 Credit. You can attach as many pictures as you wish. The pictures will be passed to your lady in the digital form – copied to her flash-card, CD, or sent to her e-mail. Note that the photos will be resized if they weigh too much.

Are my letters translated for the lady? And what about hers?

Yes, the translation cost is already included in the price of the letter forwarding. All the letters from the clients to the ladies and back are translated. Our translators are professionals accustomed to assisting in intimate communications. Neither men-clients, nor lady-clients, nor the local agencies themselves are interested in letting any private information out from the site.

How does the girl get a mail from me? How soon can I wait for her reply?

Your letters are received at the affiliated local agencies, and are translated into the lady’s native language there. The operator calls the lady and informs that she has a mail. In most cases the lady arrives to the office, to get her letter and to see the profile of the man, if it is the first letter from him. She can write her response at once this way. Sometimes she might need time to think her reply over. 

Do I get charged each time if I open one and the same letter to re-read it several times?

No, this won’t happen. The credit is charged only once, and after the letter is opened, it is no longer highlighted and you can read it as many times as you wish.

Is there a limit of the letter size? How many words or characters I can use for 1 credit?

For 1 Credit you can send a letter up to 3000 characters. When this letter is printed, it will be approximately one sheet of paper. You will have to start a new letter to include more information.

I have sent a letter but it is not displayed in outbox and payment history.

It seems that I am being deducted 2 credits for a letter.

The accounting system works automatically. Every letter you read or send is reflected in your payment History (you can check it in History option in Add credits). If you still have doubts concerning it, please, contact us. We will check and refund you credits in case you were charged mistakenly.

Does the lady type her letters herself? I have received a letter, addressed to another man and signed by the woman I am not corresponding with. The contents of the letter fall out of the correspondence I led as well.

The ladies do not type the letters themselves. They have them written on sheets of paper, sometimes read on the phone, or sent by the e-mail. Then the letters are translated by the staff. 

I would like to say “no, thanks” to all the wonderful ladies who chose to write to me. But I cannot open just every letter I get.

All of the letters are monitored by the agency staff, and if the letter wasn’t opened and replied, the conclusion will be that the man is not interested. This will be regarded as “no, thanks”. The ladies know that the men pay for opening the letters, so they will know that no reply means ‘no, thanks”.

How is the translation made – by a computer program or by the person?

It is our rule that all the correspondence is translated and monitored by professional interpreters and translators. Computer programs are of no use in this sphere, as sometimes they do not even give the general contents of the letter. The principle of their work is in substituting the word in the original text by the first meaning of this word in the language of translation. Thus the computer translating is the root of many misunderstandings and ridiculous sentences. 

How can I be sure that the lady I correspond with does not know of my correspondence with some other lady, living in the same city? How can I keep my letters secret?

We can promise that the agency staff will keep your letters and the fact of your correspondence with some lady secret. But you should remember that many ladies get registered at the site, and then invite their friends, relatives and colleagues. Then they might share their correspondence issues, and their expectations about the men they correspond with. You should also remember that there are many agencies in big cities, and even if the ladies are close in age and profession, they might be registered in different local agencies. In any case, until you are engaged, you have every right to correspond and communicate with any lady you like. It is only reasonable to correspond with several ladies from the same city as it will save you some travel expenses. The ladies understand as well, that before the words of love are spoken, the person remains free in choice.
