What do I pay for and what is free at the site?
You get registered for free, you have an unlimited quantity of the Inquiries, you can open all of the first letters from the ladies for free and you have a free access to the ample photo-albums of the registered ladies.
You pay for each letter from the lady that you read (but for the first one), for each letter you send, for watching the video, for sending text-messages, ordering contact information, attaching pictures to the letters, getting the pictures sent by the ladies, getting video-replies, sending gifts to the ladies.
How much does it cost me?
To pay for the site services, except for the flower delivery, you need to buy conventional Credits, which are used as the site’s currency. You buy the credits in different lots – some have just 2 credits, and some have 100. The more credits in the lot, the cheaper each of them costs (see Prices). The price of a credit varies between $6.99 and $3.99.

Aren't the prices too high?
When establishing the prices, we tried to use the accumulated business experience and cooperation with different agencies. The prices we offer are lower than the average price of the highly-reputable sites. You can always choose the sites that offer unlimited correspondence for the small monthly fee, but this way you will not be granted that the lady is real. Such sites do not have personal contacts with the ladies, they do not check their documents, they do not exclude scammers from their lists.
There are also smaller marriage-agencies' sites that can offer you unlimited correspondence for the small fee. But they are able to offer you a couple hundreds of ladies of all ages living in the same city.
How do I know how many credits I still have on my account?
When you login to the site, the very first page shows you how man you still have. And those already spent are reflected in your account History.
How do I pay?
We chose PayPal in order to provide the money transfers between our clients and the site. PayPal is a global leader in online payment solutions with 100 million account members worldwide, it is famous for its security measures.
It seems that I am being deducted 2 credits for a letter.
The accounting system works automatically. Every letter you read or send is reflected in your payment History (you can check it in History option in Add credits). If you still have doubts concerning it, please, contact us. We will check and refund you credits in case you were charged mistakenly.
Do I get charged each time if I open one and the same letter to re-read it several times?
No, this won’t happen. The credit is charged only once, and after the letter is opened, it is no longer highlighted and you can read it as many times as you wish.
It is possible, that the operator automatically sends the same letter twice, or the system bugs lead to this result. Please, inform us of this and we will refund your credit for the duplicate letter.
